LDC is responsible for the Design and Permitting for the new state of the auto dealership at the location of the existing Cityside Subaru dealership in Belmont, MA. This difficult site required Variances, Special Permits, Design and Site Plan Review. LDC worked closely with the architect to develop the three dimension model and graphics which were instrumental in the permitting approval of the project.
