LDC completed full site design and permitting for this 108 unit multi-family project on a former 9 hole golf course in Bellingham, MA. LDC was able to maximize unit density while providing over 80% open space. The design included repurposing the existing club house, irrigation pond and cart paths which were converted into a mile and three quarters of walking trails. Other amenities include bike paths and a town common gathering area. The project involved the engineering design of approximately a mile of cross county sewer and a new pump station design.
