LDC provided full site design, engineering and permitting for this 100,000± square foot “Tough-Tech” Manufacturing facility in Medford, MA. The 4.5 acre site was comprised of two parcels one of which was the former home of the J.J. Nissen Baking Company and the other contained an Activity Use Limitation (AUL). The project required a Variance for building height from the ZBA, a Special Permit requiring Site Plan Approval from the Community Development Board and a Stormwater Permit from the Stormwater Board. LDC prepared the presentation and marketing graphics which were essentially in obtaining the approvals for the project.
